Dying To Talk With You

WHO COMES IN?

I have previously mentioned the importance (imho) as believers of a higher power, of praying to be bathed in our Creator’s Holy White Light and filled with the same. After asking for protection from the dark forces, then we explain who we would like to see/communicate with from the other side, but only if our Lord approves of this communication with this loved one ~ AND only if this particular loved one wishes to communicate with us. Another thing I usually do? Ask my Heavenly Father to help me remember any visits that I might experience.

So say we have accomplished all this. We fall into sleep fully protected and thinking of our loved-one. Perhaps they come through and perhaps not. And perhaps while we are open (and protected from the evil ones) someone else comes through! You might have desired to see your mother. But while she is flitting around the universe doing her thing, perhaps your old friend from college pays you a nocturnal visit.

Establish this habit: As soon as you awake, ask yourself, “Did I visit with anyone?” As soon as you recall a visit, get out your journal and write it down. This is very important for a couple of reasons. See next (above) post.

How to Glimpse Loved Ones on ‘The Other Side’

I once read that Dr. Raymond Moody sometimes used a mirror. (Similar methods have been used in various cultures for eons.) He sat in a comfortable chair near a large mirror, positioned so that he could see the mirror but not see his own reflection in the mirror. I believe he prepared for this by fasting the day before.

As he sat near the mirror, he sometimes held photos or momentoes of his subject. As he sat in this quiet and relaxing place, he practiced breathing cleansing breaths and relaxed further. At a certain point, the mirror often fogged and somewhere thereafter contact was made with his loved one, for about one minute.

His success rate was said to be very high, but he also proffered that when one becomes discouraged during this exercise, and more or less gives up, this is often when they actually experience the most profound connection.

I would venture to say, there is a myriad of methods used to see through the veil. But this one seems a bit too staged and hocus-pocus for me.

Talking With the Dead!

Well, don’t go to sleep with your door open to just any spirits who might wander in.

One of my favorite prophets is Edgar Caycee. Although he died before I was born, his readings have been of great benefit to me. From Castrol oil packs (for certain health problems) to dream interpretations, I find his insights invaluable.

Edgar believed that we can communicate with incarnate souls and so do I! (I really don’t like to call them the ‘dead,’ as they are more alive than ever.) I have communicated with them for as far back as I can remember.

You can too, if you desire to. We will talk about the possible methods to encourage this in later blogs.

However, I feel the need to warn the reader; this is not always a good experience. Sometimes unknown spirits from the dark side will attempt to contact us. This is why I warn you, never use an Ougi Board! Neither do I believe in hiring mediums.

Rather, if you are a believer, ask the Lord to wrap you in his Holy White Light and fill you with the same. Ask him to only allow those of His Holy White Light to come near you, touch you or communicate with you. I never attempt communication with my passed loved ones, without praying this first.

You wouldn’t open your front door, in the middle of NY City, leave it open and go to bed, would you? Well, don’t go to sleep with your door open to just any spirits who might wander in.

Now, if I have not frightened you away, perhaps we can soon reminisce about some great communications and talk about encouraging such encounters in the near future.
